Inspire.Create.Share.2014 Post 4- The Display Boards!

At our Stampin’ Up! Convention last week we were in awe of the THOUSANDS of samples from the talented creative team at SU and from some amazingly talented demonstrators and their downline teams across the US and Canada! In no particular order are some display boards and cards that I found beautiful. May they inspire YOU too! *Warning- there are 80 photos here- it might take a few extra minutes to load into your newsfeed.

The New 2014-15 Annual Catalog Goes Live at 2 pm!

Hi Friends!

I had an amazing weekend full of stamping fun- how was your weekend?? The weather was just perfect and I was so blessed to be a part of a wonderful community event in Rexford on Saturday. It was a Craft Fair/Vendor Fair and they had wonderful kids activities, I met so many wonderful people and had so many family and friends come to visit me- it was just perfect- thank you all!

This was my awesome spot- right by the back door!

I could keep an eye on the kids when they went to bounce in the Firehouse Bounce House…. so cute!

I’m never quite sure what will sell the best- and for this event the winner was the little mini purses! I sold out (thanks to my new friend the Pampered Chef rep Sandy)… that’s one of the best parts of these events- is meeting so many nice people!

My cards did great as well- I just need to remember to bring sentiments/ink pads as several people wanted to stamp a greeting on the inside- I need to add that to my list of things to bring next time!

My newest addition was these Nautical Framed art pieces- inspired by a swap we did last month with a group of demonstrators.

This musician was fantastic! I had the best booth location to be next to this guy- it was great to meet you John and I look forward to many hours listening to your CD.

Thanks to Judy, Sue, Claire, Ethan and Blake for your company, assistance and encouragement- I am so blessed to have your support- it really helped the day just fly by for me, and I can’t thank you enough!!!

So this new catalog will go live at 2 pm our time today, I will be updating my blog later on after work. But if you are in a hurry to get your first order in, my online store will be ready at 2 pm.

The retired list is still available until Wednesday June 4th, in case you want to combine your orders.

Well, this girl has to get ready for work. Have a wonderful Monday everyone and thanks for stopping by my blog I really appreciate you all!

Happy Memorial Day! and The Paper Players Challenge#197

Hello Stamping Friends!

On this Memorial Day my post is short and sweet, first- many thanks to all the Men, Women and their Families who have served in our country’s military and/or who are serving us now. Thank you for your bravery and your sacrifices! I am humbled by your generosity and thankful for people like you.

Today I needed to make two quick cards, and I decided to try The Paper Players: Challenge #197

here is the sketch:

pp197 (1)

And here are my two cards that I needed- a thank you and a congratulations new baby boy card. All supplies are Stampin’ Up!

Let me know if you would like the supply list for either card and I’ll be happy to post it.

I spent a few hours finishing up my first Mail Chimp e-Newsletter this morning. I merged all my email lists of stamping customers, people I’ve met at craft/vendor fairs, and those who asked to be added to my newsletters. If you didn’t receive it, please let me know and I will get it right out to you. The newsletter has all the photos of the cards we are making for Stamp Camp and I extended the deadline until June 1st to register. We have several spots still available, so if you’d like to attend, please let me know- email me at

I hope you all have a very Happy Memorial Day!

Thank you for taking time out of your day to come visit my blog.

Stampin’ Up! Catalog Launch Party!

Good morning Stamping Friends!! I’m a tired girl this morning- we had a very fun first time EVER event last night (and boy do I hope Stampin’ Up! does this again!) They booked 40 movie theaters across the country for 7,600 demonstrators to attend a #‎CatalogPremiere party. The live broadcast was in Los Angeles, and I attended the viewing at Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY. I was thrilled that 4 of my downline were able to attend with me…. (but we missed you Kim, Judy and Kristen).

It wouldn’t be a SU event without some gifts. These are the notebook covers and new pens I ordered from Vista Print. The pens say “Lynnzcrafters” on one side and “Thank you for being on my team” on the other side. With owls of course.

Do you see the new product in this picture?

We had a very nice dinner at Pizzeria Uno before the catalog launch party.

Some stamping sisters Val and Peggi were right next to us!

My upline Dania had a nametag contest- here was a photo of me wearing my nametag.

Amye was pretty excited (and made the cutest name tag- in my honest opinion)

It was so great to see and hear Shelli Gardner, the CEO and co-founder of Stampin’ Up! (she had a serious accident last summer and is a walking miracle) isn’t she elegant?

And here it is… the brand new 2014-15 Stampin’ Up! Catalog!!! Isn’t is adorable?? I love the three generations of hands on the cover! I can’t show you any of the inside of the catalog yet, but will be ordering my new catalogs on Thursday…. and have planned my catalog launch party for my customers and friends on May 15th. Let me know if you want to attend- leave a comment on this post.

So happy for Jamie- she won the first prize patrol! YIPPEE! This set is so versatile can’t wait to make some new projects with this!

Here we were outside the movie theatre with our free stamp set, catalog, and Stampin’ Connection Magazine.

Whew, it was a fun night, a good time was had by all! Whew, this girl is pretty excited about all the new items and some returning favorites. I’m not allowed to spill the beans or show you individual items, but I CAN say that all of my friends who loved the canvas banner kit/refills in the Holiday 2013 catalog will be as excited as I am that they CARRIED over and are in this catalog- YIPPPEEE!! I am thrilled!! There are hundreds of new items, stamps, In-Colors (I can’t remember if we can talk about the new names yet), more to come!

Have a wonderful day, and thanks for stopping by my blog today! Happy Stamping!

Valentine’s Bash Class and Weekly Deals

be mine

Good Morning Friends!
I hope your week is off to a great start! Did you do any stamping recently? I invite you to share your creations over on my facebook page!/Lynnzcrafters on Mondays (I started a new featured called “Manic Mondays” remember that song? I thought it would be fun to look at a bunch of creations. My friend Tiffany posted her cell phone cases that she created yesterday. They are adorable. I would love YOU to post something you made. You might inspire someone!

On Martin Luther King Day, January 20th from 1-4 pm I will be having a “Valentines Day Bash”, this is a special class where you will make a “LOVE” banner, an 8×10 framed art (see image at top of this page) and two cards as well. I will have Valentine’s day treats and goodies for you. This class is limited to 8 stampers. Cost is $20 or $10 off with a $25 or more order with me that day. I have a few spots left for this class, contact me via email at if you’d like to attend.

There are two styles of banners to choose from (please let me know which banner you’d like when you register):

My next event will be a Stamp a Stack (do you need a lot of cards in a hurry?) For this class we will be making 15 cards. There will be five designs and you will make 3 of each one. You will be able to personalize the sentiments as youd like. These cards will be perfect for birthday, get well, thinking of you, sympathy, and thank you (or you can leave blank and fill in the sentiment when you need the card later). This class is planned for Saturday February 1st from 9:30 am to Noon. This is a $30 class fee, or only $15 with a $50 or more order- AND you will earn 1 free Sale-a-bration item! (*thats right- Sale-a-bration is almost here! It starts on January 28th and is here until March 31st).

I will post pictures of these cards once they are all created, but wanted you to know I only have 3 spots left, I will add another class if this one fills up.

Here are the new weekly deals:

I don’t know about you, but I might just have to get the envelope framelits now, have you seen how many cute projects there are with these framelits- not just for envelope liners.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog, if you are interested in the weekly deals, or ordering anything from my online store, here is the link: Lynn’s Online Store

Have a great day!

Stampin’ Up! New Catalog Launch

2013 new catalog

2013-14 New Annual Catalog

2013 catalog

Hellllloooooo Stampers! I’m sorry I’ve been away from you so long! It has been quite a week! The scariest of all nights was Wednesday when my area had tornado alerts, warnings and confirmed touch downs in two locations not far from me. My cell phone, camping lantern, water bottle and a few other things joined me in my hour long sojourn to the basement. Sojourn makes it sound too pleasant… I was beyond scared, I don’t think I’ve ever prayed as hard and loud. Thank goodness none of my trees came down in this storm.

ANYWAY… suffice to say having no power was a set back and I had a lot to do to finish getting ready for Stamp-a-Palooza today! We had a ball! It was our best stamp camp ever! We had 44 stampers, 8 Demonstrator/Helpers. Everyone made 4 cards featuring all new products, In Colors, punches, embossing folders, inks, and of course stamps! There were 40 door prizes given away all morning long- almost everyone went home with something!

There was one grand prize winner- Karen Hoffman- who gets the Raffle Basket with $120 of ALL brand NEW stamps, inks, IN Colors, ribbon, and designer 12×12 papers. Everyone wanted that basket! Whew, I am a little wiped out from all the prep, set up, running around, helping, cleaning up, unpacking… I know it was all worth it!

If you would like to try to win something, why not enter my weekend contest? It is good until tomorrow night at 8pm. Enter by placing an order in my online store at then click “Shop Now”, order from old catalog, new catalog, clearance rack, or the retired lists! You can pick and choose anything you want! When you go to check out and pay (it’s a secure site, no worries using your credit/debit card)… enter HOSTESS CODE: GQNJKCK4

This will automatically enter you into this contest. What might you win? How about a brand new Artisan Label Punch ($15.95 value) AND $20 in free SU product you will get to select whatever you want! But HURRY- order by 8 pm tomorrow (Sunday June 2nd)! I am pulling the winners name from random drawing tomorrow night!

If you want to peek at the new catalog online simply click the picture of the catalog at the top of this webpage, and it will take you to a “flip book” version of the catalog. So fun to view it this way. Want a catalog of your very own? Contact me and I’ll let you know how you can get one, for FREE!

I am going to try to figure out how to switch over my blog widgets on the sidebar here- I need to do something with “code”… I might have to get some help with it, as I’ve been trying and can’t seem to locate the right code.
CLUBS are starting up!!  I have planned my next 1/2 year of clubs. New clubs are forming and begin in July and run through December. Existing club members who rejoin by midnight tonight (6/1) will get a new stamp pad as my thank you! New stampers who would like to join one of my clubs, email me by June 9th with the club you are interested in either Saturday morning or Monday night. I am considering a Friday night club, but would need at least 6 people to sign up to make it viable and have enough customers in proportion to hostesses. This is how it works: 6 people sign up for club and each person has one turn to be the hostess for one month, earning the $25 in rewards. All clubs are at my house in Glenville.  Each person commits to ordering at least $25 in product from me, if for some reason you can’t attend a club, orders are still due at the day/time of your club so the hostess will earn her free product. You would bring a simple snack on your day as hostess and I provide coffee, tea, water, soda, and paper products. Club is usually only 2 hours. You bring your “stamping kit” (bone folder, gum eraser, scissors, all adhesives). There are no fees, and we make 3-4 projects each month. I try to start within 15 minutes of start time so everyone has time to finish their projects.

Here are the dates I have selected for clubs:
Saturday morning clubs are 9-11 am: July 13, August 10, September 14, October 5, November 2, December 7
Monday night clubs are 6:30-8:30 pm: July 15, August 12, September 16, October 7, November 4, December 9
*If you would like to help me kick off a Friday night club, I am flexible- could start it either 6:30 or 7 pm. The Friday  nights I have available are: July 12, August 9, September 13, October 4, November 1, December 6 ** But I need 6 stampers to make this work!
Well, that’s it for tonight, I hope you come back again. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my blog, I really appreciate it! Have you signed up to “follow me” here yet? That just means you don’t have to remember to come over and find my blog, it will get emailed to you when I post new content. Just click “follow” in the upper left corner of this website, enter your email address and it’s that easy!
Thanks so much!
Have a great weekend,
