Look What We Made…

I hope you all had a very nice Veteran’s Day, did you thank a vet?

I was so happy to be able to organize another Christmas Card Stamp Camp for my team and customers. I was a little surprised with how many people didn’t have that day off from work, so although some of my team and customers couldn’t attend, those that did had a great time.

Here’s the line of up cards that we made and some other fun photos to show you:

This was a super cute and fun card, knowing some children were coming, I thought a Santa card was appropriate! This card was inspired by Ronda W, my business coach, I saw this in one of her emails and knew I wanted to case it.

I thought that the Paper Pumpkin kit from last November would be an awesome addition, and would show off the high quality card stock and projects. The “NOEL” card was made as is (there are directions in each kit with photos and all the steps broken down for you). I just cut the card base in half to get double the cards, came up with the banner framelit option using “Mingle All the Way” stamp set with the Smoky Slate ink pad. Everyone loved the star garland, and according to Wendy, who made them last year herself, they are not that difficult. I am planning to make some this year.

My third card for Stamp Camp yesterday was a more involved card, coloring with blendabilities with our new Photopolymer stamp set called Gentle Peace. Each card came out unique and stampers used many variations of color to make their cards, so pretty.

Jamie came up with this awesome card design and stampers made one in each color. Love the snowflake embellishments!

Last but certainly not least was this awesome sparkly iridescent card by Wendy:

We enjoyed some yummy cookies while we stamped the afternoon away. It was so great to see everyone, and I thank all those who came and stamped with us.

Come join the Lynnzcrafters team of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators for our next Christmas Stamp Camp!

We have planned an afternoon of fun on Veteran’s Day!

Tuesday November 11, 2014 from 1-4 pm

At the Burnt Hills United Methodist Church, Knight Hall

Cost is $20 per person, all are welcome (ages 7 and above, children must be accompanied by an adult).

Bring your own crafting supplies (scissors, glue, adhesives), only glue sticks will be provided.

You will make 10 Christmas Cards, with envelopes.

There will be raffle basket- one ticket for attending and another ticket for ordering from your demonstrator.

Christmas Stamp a Stack- Deadline is Almost Here!

Hi there Stampers,
There is a lot of work that goes into our Stamp Camps that we offer at the Clifton Park Elks Lodge in Ballston Lake. We purchase stamp sets and supplies and prepare our samples weeks in advance (these cards we made in early August)…. We set our price to include a room rental fee, door prizes and Grand Raffle Basket, plus the card stock, ribbons, embellishments, envelopes, and supplies (like grid paper).

It can be tempting to wait until the last minute to register for our events, but what you should know is we do have a minimum number of stampers we need at each stamp camp. Would you please help me out by passing on our stamp camp info to others who love to stamp? We welcome children ages 8 and older, if they are interested in crafting and can follow directions. (We have enjoyed many mature young ladies who have done most of the stamping/card making, with just a little help needed).

How much would you spend for a night out with friends? We priced stamp camps this fall at $25 each (there is a discount of $10 if you register for all three stamp camps at once by September 15th).

You will not be disappointed! In addition to making 2 each of these 4 one-of-a-kind, precious Christmas cards shown at the top of this post, but you will also receive from me a very special thank you gift for attending this event:

September Classes are Planned!

Hi there friends,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, I really enjoyed mine! Did you see the movie “The Butler”? wow, it was amazing, I highly recommend it! Forrest Whitaker should win an academy award, in my honest opinion, for that role! I love historical movies, even if they are embellished a little bit. What’s your favorite movie?

I did do quite a bit of stamping this weekend too. I earned a Diva Day yesterday with one of my wonderful uplines- Deb Valder- I will be posting those projects later in the week. I’m actually going to be incorporating many of the projects into some upcoming classes this fall. So stay tuned. I also went to a wonderful birthday party for one of my friends and downline- Judy Battiste. She had a whole Tex-Mex theme and the food was fabulous, plus it was great to see her and her family. Fun night!

Hi There Stamping Friends!

We will be offering another Stamp Camp- to Kick off the New Holiday Catalog that Stampin’ Up! is launching on August 1st. Come to Ballston Lake and make these four projects! Here are the details:

Come join us as we kick off the new Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog! This is a stamp at your own pace event. Stations will be set up around the room, you stamp and create as you’d like! Bring your stamping supplies (adhesives, scissors, bone folder, glue eraser are recommended).

Who: You, your stamping friends, family, children over age 8 are welcome to register as stampers. No stamping experience is necessary. Demonstrator helpers and printed tutorials will both be available.

What: You will make the 4 projects pictured above (Christmas Card, Snowflake Ornament, Gift Card Holder, and Thankful Card)

When: Friday August 9^th, 2013 starts at 6:30 pm. Stamping ends at 9 pm. Please arrive by 7:30 pm to ensure you can complete these 4 projects!

Where: Clifton Park Elks, lodge #2466. 695 MacElroy Rd, Ballston Lake, NY 12019 (very close to Eagle Crest Golf Course and Mini Golf).

How: Preregister with your demonstrator (address below) by July 26^th. Cost is $15 (Early Bird Discount!!). Registration after July 26th is $20. All attendees will be entered to win Door Prize Give Aways all night long. Customers who place orders with their demonstrator that night will receive tickets for a Grand Prize Drawing of NEW Products, valued at $100.
