Well I was surprised today to see that Stampin’ Up! had 18 announcements today for us demonstrators! Wowza- 18 pieces of important information. Now some of those announcements were about convention and demo only news, but a good number (8 of the announcements) are full of surprises, new releases and information that I wanted you to have -as you consider what to order this month. Paper Pumpkin Past Kits	Did you know that Stampin’ Up! will now let demonstrators place Past Paper Pumpkin Kits on their orders- no need for you to call Stampin’ Up! I just need the email address you signed up your account under- that is how they will “verify” your purchase of a past kit or refill. Here’s the updated list of all Paper Pumpkin past options: Past Paper Pumpkin Kits and Refills Available (please note that refills and past kits are available while supplies last).

Project Life Update	Though the annual catalog states that the following products will not be available until August, we’re happy to announce that they will be available for purchase on July 14: Love Story Project Life Card Collection (item 135308; p. 189) and Love Story Project Life Accessory Pack (item 135310; p. 189). And we have more fantastic news–the Black Faux Leather 12″ x 12″ Project Life Album (item 135292; p. 188) will also be available for purchase beginning July 14!Have you gotten behind in your scrapbooking?? Are you like me and have tons of photos and boxes of photos all over the house? Hi there Stamping Friends! I hope you are all doing well! I know I promised you a newsletter, but I am still looking for space to do a large event- a Stamp Camp type event- with a Stamp-a-Stack theme… I have tons of ideas and not enough room in my craft room to pull them off. Spring Banner Blast

The other night I had a small group of stampers over, (at my last team get together my team asked if I would do a spring banner class- don’t worry, I will repeat in case anyone else wants to make one too- let me know). Here’s how they did- aren’t they so sweet?? Love every single one of these, I think they are awesome!

Here’s Jamie with her banner, (hope I’m not spoiling the surprise by showing the photo on my blog, forgive me Jamie if this was supposed to be a secret).

This is Shayna holding her beautiful banner, can you see the cute doilies on the top of each letter? I think it’s just adorable with these doilies!

Here is Danielle and she wanted to personalize her banner by having the banner bases only in pink and yellow, and you know what- that’s what I’m all about- I WANT all my stampers/customers/friends/downline to ALWAYS create something they love- I don’t want carbon copies of mine (unless you love it and want it to be the same)- I work hard to ensure people always know they can customize their projects.

That being said, here is Amye- who wanted to make one just like mine (notice the elegant bird die on top of the banners- it is on the clearance rack, so I was comfortable using this die). Amye is the only one who incorporated the birds. Like I said, it should be a personal choice, I know lots of people who don’t care for birds.

This was my banner, I cased the idea from Pinterest, from a gal named Dawn T, and I loved the Gingham Garden color pallet she used, and all the scallop flowers made from the big shot were just the perfect finishing touches.

So what do you think? Do you want to make a SPRING banner? This is a time intensive class, I will need to do some more prep so if you are interested, please contact me at LStreifert@nycap.rr.com I can only accommodate 8 people in my stamp room at a time. This would be a $20 class and would include snacks, beverages, and all the supplies to make an awesome banner. I could do another class on April 27th, a Sunday afternoon, that is my first opportunity, if that doesn’t work, let me know- I can do another one later that week.

New Clearance Rack Items!

Hi There Stamping Friends-
Just wanted to give you 3 quick pieces of GOOD news!

1. There are MANY additions to the Clearance Rack Today! (brads, buttons, ink pads, card stock, designer series paper packs, punches, ribbon, Core’dinations- card stock with a different color core, tulle, buttons, paper stacks, STAMPS, fabric, clips, shimmer paint, big shot dies, big shot texture folders, and cookie pressed stamps- to name a few). Don’t wait if you want any of these items.

Sadly there are people out there who wait for the first day new items arrive and they try to gobble them up and resell them on ebay! EEEK! who would do that, right? (demos are not allowed to do that!)

What is the hostess code? You will receive the “preferred” or lower price listed in my online store. Also, by using the hostess code, you will be entered to win my monthly drawings. 2. The second big announcement is that the Magnetic Platform is available!! Wow, it has been on back-order for so long that SU turned it off… it is item # 130658 and it is a handy addition to your big shot- and makes using framelits and thinlits a breeze! *remember the caution about keeping the magnetic platform away from your credit cards, cell phone and do not use if you have a pace maker.

I love my magnetic platform, and know that with a pair of new, clean, flat cutting pads, it makes cutting out items with my framelits and thinlits super easy! It is $39.95 and well worth it, no more post-it notes holding things in place, and able to put multiples on there at one time.

I will be holding a free Big Shot class in October for all those customers who ordered either the Big Shot OR the Magnetic Platform from me! Let me know if you’re interested- I need to squeeze that in to next month.

3. Last, but certainly not least- is probably the BEST news of ALL! Shelli is on the mend, here is a blog update from yesterday, that she wrote herself! I cannot even begin to imagine how much pain she is still in, but thank GOD she is healing and has such loving family and wonderful medical care. Here is the update:
