Welcome to our July Edition of the Glitter & Glam Girls Blog Hop! This month our theme is “Anything Goes” well, that is actually harder than it sounds- I like structure… and I spent a long time debating- do I make a card or 3D item, show off new products or my favorite?? Decisions, Decisions! Well, I hope you like what I came up with for you, please leave me a comment and let me know what you think (just scroll to the very bottom of this post and type your response in the box). Thanks! And don’t forget to go visit all the other fabulous friends, we are all Stampin’ Up! demonstrators and have really been having fun with this new blog hop! Grab your favorite morning beverage and enjoy!
I have been having so much fun with a brand new product in our catalog called Pigment Sprinkles (it is item number 149663, page 179 in the catalog). It is similar to the Brusho we had in our last catalog, except these are six Stampin’ Up! colors! Can you tell what colors I used on this card?
(if you guessed Gorgeous Grape, Bermuda Bay, and Granny Apple Green, then you are right!) 😉
Last night on my Lynnzcrafters business Facebook page I actually did a demonstration using the new pigment sprinkles and I showcased four different cards I made. (But I didn’t show them this card as I wanted to save it for you readers on the Blog Hop.
Here is a close-up of our brand new shimmer white embossing powder, can you see the shine and glitter in the embossing powder? The stamp set and die bundle I used is called Friend Like You bundle, it is on page 124 of the new catalog item number 151084.
Well, that’s it for me today! Thank you so much for visiting, remember to leave me a comment below! If you need any help placing an order with me, please let me know, I appreciate your support!

Hello and welcome to the monthly blog hop of a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. We are scattered all over the US, and today we are featuring projects that are “Summer Fun”. Well to me, that theme means sitting outside and bird watching, or going on vacation, or swimming. What does “Summer Fun” mean to you? Here in Upstate NY, we had a pretty cold and wet spring, winter hung on too long for my liking. So, when I was getting ready for this blog hop, and looked at the new stamp sets and products that I have pre-ordered from the new Stampin’ Up! 2019-29 Annual Catalog, I decided to showcase this amazing new Bird Ballad Suite! I also pulled in the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes (item #149487). These products go live in the new catalog at about 2 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday June 4th.
Stampin’ Up! continues to amaze me with their amazing product suites. The Bird Ballad Suite has 1 order number, if you want one of everything in the suite, like me: the cling mount Free as a Bird stamp set, the stitched nested labels dies (I did not use on these projects- but they work wonderfully! I highly recommend these dies!), the Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper, Bird Ballad Laser Cut Cards & Tin, 3/8″ Scalloped Lace Trim, and Bird Ballad Trinkets. For all these items you would use item #152190.
I love the image of the 4 birds on a branch, and could see many uses for this card – including giving it to a dear friend or as a thank you card. By pulling in the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes I knew I would be able to retain the full size bird image, add some DSP and I even used the leaf punch on our new Perennial Essence 12″x 21″ Vellum Cardstock (three colors are included: old olive, petal pink, and so saffron), you get 4 sheets of each color (Item #149101)
Of course the star of the show here is our amazing Stampin’ Blends. These alcohol markers are awesome- each one has a thin tip and brush end and come in light and dark shades of each color we carry. I’m so excited that on June 4th we will be introducing 6 new colors to our Blends collection (they are at the top of my list to buy on June 4th).
So I actually designed these projects last month and they were featured at my Lynnzcrafters New Catalog Launch Demonstrator meeting. Everyone received this sweet little notebook which was a breeze to put together (thanks to my friend Laurie who came to help me). I got the mini notebooks at Target. Perfect size for keeping in your purse.
We actually learned at OnStage that the DSP was created by the concept artist and colored with our Stampin’ Blends, making perfect coordination with any project you decide to make. Did you see my post here featuring the amazing work of my downline Kathy Sims? (She created a fantastic display using the Bird Ballad Suite), go check it out for more inspiration with this suite.
Does this look like summer fun to you? I am so excited to have some nice weather coming this week, it has been too rainy and cold. Do you like to watch birds? They are fascinating creatures. I have a pair of cardinals that have been visiting me often lately, and you know what they say about cardinals? A cardinal is a representative of a loved one who has passed. When you see one, it means they are visiting you. They usually show up when you most need them or miss them. They also make an appearance during times of celebration as well as despair to let you know they will always be with you. I find comfort in that, and know that watching birds can bring peace and joy after sorrow.
Well that’s it for me today. I would love to hear from you- I treasure your comments, it means the world to me to hear from you. Just scroll to the bottom of this post and leave me a comment, and then be sure to click the links below to see all the other fabulous creations from the Glitter & Glam Girls this month! I KNOW they have some over the top amazing projects for you!
And don’t forget, when your order with me is over $40 this month, you will receive 14 of the June monthly Tutorials as my free gift to you as my thanks. (I love that our collaboration is still going strong, want even more inspiration for this suite and others we were able to pre-order? then this month is for you!)

Have you ever had a vision and wondered how it would “ever” work? Well, let me tell you- don’t second guess yourself, step out of your comfort zone, and Go For It!
A few weeks ago Stampin’ Up!’s Northeast Demonstrator Development Manager (DDM), Jessica Werner, posted on our Facebook group that she was looking to attend some stamping events in the Northeast part of the US. I immediately thought of inviting her to my next team meeting, but it was so close to Easter that she had to decline. Then, I spoke to her about another idea I had when we were together at OnStage last month, and she loved the idea of coming to join me at my May team meeting!! I decided I wanted to focus on a “New Catalog Launch” with displays, Make and takes, stamping projects, food, fun, and fellowship to help those who were unable to go to OnStage and help them prepare to launch the new catalog to their customers.

One thing I quickly realized, was there was no way I could pull this off on my own! Now, I have some incredibly talented and generous ladies on my team, but I wasn’t sure how to go about asking for their help… I shouldn’t have worried at all, for they truly stepped up in a HUGE way! You’ll see photos of their displays, Make and Takes, and an adorable door prize, which they all generously volunteered to help me with! Am I the luckiest girl in the world, or what? I mean, seriously- I didn’t have to twist anyone’s arm, beg or cry- they just offered! Bless you all, from the bottom of my heart! Lisa, Amye, Tiffany, Kathy, Laurie, MaryBeth and Susan- your displays, Make and Takes, and daisy treat pouch were all a huge hit and I’m so very thankful for your generosity and talents! You supported me in my vision, and I will forever be grateful for your time, efforts and skills! You inspired everyone in the room with your beautiful creations!
Amye Speirs (who also designed and organized the cute team shirts we’re wearing!)
I didn’t even tell them I’d be calling them up to the stage, just a small token of my appreciation in those cute bird bags. Thank you!!
Lisa Mackey, explaining her inspiration for the Come Sail Away display she created.
So speaking of the stage, it was all set up for the preschool graduation ceremony the next morning, and it was perfect for our use as well- a great vantage point up there!
Kathy Sims, my dear friend who created the Bird Ballad display, and was my right arm all night.Tiffany Williams-Hart, who designed an amazing stamping project and prepared so everyone could make a beautiful card.
Laurie Kownack, broken foot and all, volunteered at the last minute to help me with one more display using the Magnolia Suite.
MaryBeth Pellerin who made the beautiful In Color Display.
Susan Williams Germain volunteered to make everyone an adorable daisy punched caramel chocolate treat! thanks Sue!
Team Lynnzcrafters with Jessica Werner
20 of my downline members attended this event, thank you ladies for attending and added thanks for those who helped bring snacks, beverages, ice, set up, registration, clean up, and Prize Patrol!
I’m so grateful for each of you!
These stamping friends are local and get together monthly as the Upstate Stampers Group. I had planned to have 30 stampers at this event, because that is how many I have on my team, but when spots opened up, I reached out to be sure we filled the room for Jessica’s long trip to visit us from Rhode Island. I’m so thrilled that you were all able to attend! Thanks friends for coming to this event, and to those who brought treats, thank you!
Wendy volunteered to run the registration table, I charged $5 per person to cover the cost of the Prize Patrol items.
The room set up- food and beverages were at the back of the room. Everyone was mingling and snacking before we started.
These next few pictures show how the tables were set up- I followed my set up as I do for bingo- putting 6 people at each of 5 long tables. I asked 1 person to take the lead at each table to help rotate the stamping supplies in a clockwise rotation, cleaning off the stamps and help everyone complete the project at the their table. (It worked out well that everyone who prepared a Make and Take did all the big shot work in advance).
It just filled my heart to overflowing to have all these special ladies all together for this wonderful event.
Now, for this last section- I wanted to show you the amazing displays that my friends came up with, I know you are going to love all this inspiration!

Last but not least I had made a dozen cards to feature the Everything is Rosy special for May. I wanted to display these cards for my demo friends.
Well I think that is all for now, I will do another post with pictures of the five Make & Takes and swaps. I think I’ll save that for this weekend and will be back to share more.
I receive so much positive feedback about this event that I am thinking of doing another demonstrator only event to kick off either the Holiday catalog or the next Occasions catalog. I’m not really sure but I will keep you posted.
Thank you so much for reading this blog and just a reminder there are only a few days left to get the Everything is Rosy Product Medley.

Last night was my monthly stamping bingo night. I had to use some new space because my church and other locations were booked. This room is at the Rexford firehouse and boy was it lovely! My helpers who came early…. I could never do these events without you wonderful friends, thank you from the bottom of my heart! this front table is where I sat to be the bingo caller, and had all the prizes on display. I found a lovely Pandora station of mariachi music that we played throughout the evening which was so fun. I found the absolute cutest paper products, mini morocco’s, and this neat goodie bag all on Amazon. It really helped pull the theme together. Everyone was in the fiesta spirit, and we had a super organized sign-up sheet/Google document and everyone contributed to a taco and fajita bar for dinner before we started stamping. We had two kinds of homemade salsa, guacamole, chicken, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and onions, cheese, sour cream, nacho chips, taco shells (soft and hard), margaritas, some other adult beverages, lemonade, seltzer, and delicious desserts too! Churros, brownies, cinnamon cookies and rosettes (I think that’s what they’re called). All I can say is it was so delicious and I am so thankful from the bottom of my heart for such wonderful coordination, loved everything!
We had a good turn out, these nice long tables made it extra roomy and the lighting was fantastic also!
I have to say the margaritas were delicious and I don’t think anyone left hungry or thirsty that’s for sure.
In order to help increase their chances to win, extra bingo boards were available and our largest jackpot of all went to a brand new person who had never stamped or been to bingo before, congratulations Karen M. 💰
She was the guest of one of our newest Lynnzcrafters, Judi P.
First winner of the night was Jane who was super excited to get the butterfly gala bundle!
And here’s Judi (the newest team member I spoke about) she won our second game of bingo and picked out the new Storage by Stampin’ Up!
Next up was Stephanie who won a lovely bundle with two stamps sets, DSP, blender pens, and sponge brayers.
Alexis was our next bingo winner in game four and she was so thrilled that the Piece of Cake bundle was available!
Game five went to Sheila and she got the soon to retire flowering desert set with two kinds of embossing paste, stencils and utensils.
And the last game of the night went to Kathy- which included a pack of watercolor paper, Brusho crystals, spritzers, and two fabulous stamp sets.
After all the stamping was done and bingo was over these fabulous ladies helped me clean up and I tallied the orders and gave away even more raffle tickets. The grand raffle prize was a brand new big shot machine!
This is Meri, she won the big shot and this was only her second time coming to bingo, congratulations!
I raffled off the cute piñata- which Laurie won- and all those ladies are the ones who stayed to help me clean up. Thank you so much friends! 😘❤️😘
I’d like to give a shout out to my friend Nancy who came over the week before to help me do all the big shot work and prep for this event. And to my wonderful team Lynnzcrafters, especially Kathy who so kindly helped with all the set up and clean up!
It truly takes a village to have an event like this, and I couldn’t do it without them. I am so blessed and thankful to have these wonderful friends and all their support and all of the interest from my friends and customers, thank you for helping bingo be such a fabulous event. I love the positivity, comradeship, and plain old fun!
I do not advertise for bingo because almost every bingo night fills up from the people who attend previously, and I use this night as a kind a VIP monthly event.
I will share the cards we made another night, they were bright and colorful and Mexican inspired.
Thank you so much for reading this post today, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Happy April Everyone! I’m thrilled to be dipping my feet back in the water of joining some dear friends in a brand new monthly blog hop, thanks Chris and Raquelle for inviting me to join you in this new endeavor! We will hop on the first Monday of every month, and I know you will love these amazing cards and projects.
Today we are featuring Mother’s Day or Feminine cards for you. We have a different theme each month and will be featuring Stampin’ Up! products and special releases.
There are several new stamp sets in our Occasions Catalog that lend themselves to this theme, and I choose the stunning set called Vibrant Vases (item # 148656 $17 US) this set is a match for the awesome Vases Builder Punch found in our Annual Catalog (but I didn’t use it on this card). Instead, I featured the Stitched Rectangles Framelits (item # 148551 $35 US) to create a “frame” for my whisper white base. To adhere to our theme, I looked through all my paper and I was inspired to use some of my All My Love Designer Series Paper (item #148576 $11)- you guys, it’s not just for Valentine’s! The color palette in this paper is what inspired my ink colors- Soft Seafoam and Flirty Flamingo! And the little floating shelf I made from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits (item# 148527 $35), again- not just for Valentine’s!
My greeting came from the amazing Itty Bitty Greetings (item #146667 $36 clear mount, or I have this set in wood mount item #146664 $48) and I punched out the Mother’s Day greeting with the Classic Label punch, also from the Annual Catalog (item #141491 $18).
I made this card to showcase the Vibrant Vases stamp set and let me tell you, any greeting would look amazing on this card, am I right? Who would you give it to?
Well, that’s it for today, thank you so much for visiting me! Won’t you please leave me a comment? I’m trying to grow my readership here on WordPress, and your comments actually help my visability!
Now just click the link below to head over to the other talented ladies in the hop! And scroll below if you want to learn about my new monthly special for my customers and team! I’m thrilled to have created a new collaboration with 12 other demonstrators!
You guys, back in February when I was at a Leadership Conference that was organized by my Stampin’ Up! coach (Ronda Wade), I looked around the room and was amazed at the talent and success of so many wonderful ladies. I had been wanting to be a part of a co-op or collaborative to offer free tutorials to my customers but all of the ones I looked into were full (with waiting lists). So I had the great idea to create one. That’s right- by the end of the first night, I shared my idea with ladies I was sitting with, and before the weekend was over, we had a group of 13 demonstrators eager to take the plunge with me. We’ve worked really hard to come up with 13 unique and spring themed projects that we know you’ll enjoy! The best part of our Talented Tutorial Team- is we’re giving these tutorials away FREE to our customers and team members. I’ve already shared them with my downline and a few customers who had to order the new storage system the other day. You can get it for free by placing a minimum $40 order (before tax/shipping) from me during the month of April. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks so much.

Well we had just a spectacular time last night at our fall fun bingo night! I rented my church hall so we could fit lots of friends who wanted to attend. I am so blessed to have the support and interest from all these wonderful ladies, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the delicious snacks you brought, yummy beverages, the delicious treats! Also for my helpers I could not do it without you!! I had my friend Laurie helped me with all the big shot work ahead of time, kudos to Nancy, Addie, MaryBeth, and Laurie for helping me set up the room. And deep thanks for Brigid and Sue who stayed to help with cleanup and put the room back together. I am so deeply grateful. ❤️
Because we had 25 ladies register in advance I needed to have five make and take projects as I had five people at each table. That is one more project than we normally do. But no one complained
This beautiful card is a CASE (Copy and Share Everything) of my friend and fellow demonstrator Michelle I. She did this water coloring using our pencils with the new stamp set pleasant pheasants. {I was sad to have to tell the ladies that the chicken wire elements is turned off right now …they were so popular we sold out of them in just a couple weeks of this catalog being active.}
Now this sweet card I received as a swap in the mail from another demonstrator named Keri B and I did not have the stamps that she used on the original card so I substituted our burlap background stamp and just changed it up a bit.
I saw this card come through my Instagram feed earlier this month and decided to CASE (I knew it would be a perfect bingo card and one of the ladies to have a chance to use our alcohol markers called blends). the original creator was Alisa T. Can you see how beautiful the texture is from our new tin tile textured impression embossing folder? It looks just like the old fashion tin ceilings they used to have.
The fourth and final card was one I came up with recently when I had time to play in my craft room … I used a new set called peaceful place and it’s in the annual catalog. I decided to use it to showcase the beautiful fall foliage. To get the effect of the wet riverbed are used are fine tip glue pen and just spread some lightly on after the card was water colored and assembled.
Last but not least, take a look at this adorable little take out treat holder- it uses just a half of a sheet of card stock and I absolutely love our new toil and trouble DSP paired with the new spooky sweet bundle, aren’t those bats adorable?
And now are you ready to see who all the winners were last night?
I actually didn’t get a picture of two people last night, congratulations Marie who won the gift certificate and congratulations to Patty who won the final raffle of the night (which was a draw from all the tickets given out for attending, bringing a snack, dressing in fall clothing, and ordering from me last night.)
Well actually some people are little camera shy and didn’t want their photo taken, I understand.
I feel so blessed that 10 out of these 25 ladies are Stampin’ Up! demonstrator’s and came out to support me and I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you everyone for your interest in stamping bingo nights, the next one is Friday night October 19! Let me know if you’re interested in attending and I will get you all the details.

Hi friends, we had such an awesome bingo party the other day and the theme was 80s! Look at these cool props, I had the winners take a picture with their prize and their favorite prop. And here are the lineup of all the prizes, everything is from the brand new catalog plus some stamping essentials. I love to mix it up and have a variety of bundles for these wonderful prizes,
My niece Claire came over to help me do all the big shot pieces, stuff the envelopes, make the goody bags, and assemble these cute neon bracelets for everyone.
I love some of the outfits people wore, they always get an extra raffle ticket for the final drawing if they stick to the theme in their outfit and or snack. It is always one of the highlights of my week when I know I’m going to have bingo.
I was pretty tickled pink that I was able to wear my 80s outfit that I purchased for our Stampin Up Center stage event in April. Neon leg warmers, fishnet stockings, earrings, bracelets, a little cross between the material girl/Madonna and flash dance.
I love having a theme for my monthly bingo event the next one is Fall Fest!
My monthly stamping bingo is a very popular event and I typically don’t even have a chance to advertise as it fills up from the group of women who attend, they almost always fill up for the next month. But luckily in order to accommodate everyone who would like to play bingo, I rented my church hall for the next one which is Friday night September 21. This registration is open until Tuesday, September 11. I had quite a few people who said they were interested on our Facebook group I’ll be contacting them to see if they are attending or not. So I still have seats contact me if you’d like more info!
Stamping bingo is a super fun night out! Hope you can join us!
I totally don’t know what happened to this blog post I thought I had scheduled it to go off but it never posted. I am going to chalk this up to technological error.

Hi everyone, I wanted to show off all the wonderful swaps from our team get together on Thursday night. What a talented group of ladies, don’t you agree?
For my card I used the new dandelion wishes stamp set.
Here’s a tip if you want to re-create this card.
I used the rectangle framelit from the barn door set to create a window opening to brayer on the color.
I used some washi tape to adhere it down on my grid paper.
I used black embossing powder and versamark ink to create the dandelions and the greeting. I used our new balmy blue ink pad for the brayer and card stock.
This lovely swap card was made by the amazing Lisa Mackey!
It’s no surprise that Kara Pagerie used the new bunny bundle, how cute and colorful? Love it.
How fun and vintage is this version of dandelion wishes? Made by the wonderful Laurie Kownack.
Love Kathy Sim’s sweet card using Lilypad Lake bundle!
Isn’t this Daisy Delight card featuring the new rich razzleberry velvet trim stunning? Kudos goes to Tiffany Williams-Hart for this beauty.
And this lovely card was one of our Make & Takes by our fabulous hostess Amye Speirs.
And I brought the new Notes of Kindness Kit, such a fun and easy kit. You can make 5 each of 4 designs.
Today is the last day to enter my Comment Contest. Scroll below to leave me a reply. Be sure to include #Lynnzcrafters to be entered to win. One lucky person will be selected tomorrow-July 1st.
