Hi everyone and welcome to the May edition of the Creative Circle Design Team Blog Hop! We’d like to welcome a new member of our team- Lisa Eisner! So excited to have you on board!
This is such a talented group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, and it’s an international group with so many inspiring projects!
When I saw the theme for favorite retiring products, I knew that it would be hard to pick just 1 product to feature here on this blog hop.
First up is a beautiful home decor project that I featured at my recent Way to Go Day for the top 4 ladies on my team! We had an open studio type day, I bought the magnets, frames, metal sheets, and we made dozens of interchangeable letter O’s. I first saw this idea on Facebook in the demonstrator planning page and it was created by Dee Slater. Thanks Dee!!
Of course it was so gorgeous several other people have created their own versions. I try to find projects to feature that my team can use in their own classes and events. This frame features the retiring butterfly thinlets, and I am going to be sad to see these go into retirement.
Kim, Lisa, Elizabeth and Amye earned this special day for their sales & recruiting milestones for last quarter. Congrats ladies!
Amye’s frame with 12 interchangeable O’s, how cute are these?
Elizabeth sent me a few photos when she got home… she went right up to her craft room to make a few more inserts, these feature several retiring products as well. I will really miss this tree punch, what perfect little apples. And she also stamped and colored the cozy cottage, a lovely hostess set that is going away as of May 31 also. She plans to use this for March for St. Patrick’s Day.
Here they are creating in action. It was such an amazing day, the creativity was really flowing! I can see this is a great Mother’s Day gift, wedding gift, shower gift, or gift for friend who bought a new house. The possibilities are endless.
That’s the end of my post, thank you so much for visiting me today! I treasure your comments, I read each one and will reply with any questions or comments you may have. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to read this post and leave me a comment. Now on to the others!

Hi! I just saw your post. The idea of having a HOME sign that I can change several times a year is great! I was wondering what size frame you use? Love your work! Helen

Hi Helen! Thanks so much! It was a great project for sure! I used an 8”x 10” frame that came with a 5” x 7” matte.
I know many people who have made their inserts with Velcro instead of magnets. Good luck!
