I am still recovering from an amazing weekend … together (with seven of my downline) we went to a Stampin’ Up! event called OnStage, The closest event to us was in Secaucus, New Jersey. There was a live event held in Australia and many other locations around the globe. The purpose of this event was to inspire, create, and share in preparation for our next catalog that launches in January 2017 (The Occasions Catalog). It also kicks off our most popular event of the year called Saleabration! This is a special time where there are extra rewards for ordering, hosting a party, or signing up to become a demonstrator.
One of the perks for holding the title of Silver Elite or above, was a special invitation to attend a dinner and training the night before the OnStage event, this special night was called CenterStage. I headed over to the convention center and was so surprised to check in and have so many ribbons too attached to my name badge this year. I have never earned this many achievements in one year before.
I was just blown away and so thrilled.
The tables were set up so beautifully and we had a lovely cheese and fruit platter to munch on before the speakers got started. I forgot to take a picture of the delicious baked chicken dinner we had, followed by triple chocolate cake for dessert. Yummy!
My friend Selene was one of the presenters and she really spoke from the heart, her words inspired me so much!
We also received this gorgeous bag which I am now using as my new purse!
I’m not the best selfie taker but I couldn’t resist this one after our special night.
The ladies at my table and I became fast friends and talked the night away and I feel so thankful for these events where Stampin’ Up! brings demonstrators together.
When I got back to my hotel room I assemble these little goodie boxes for my seven downline who came to New Jersey with me. I made them a bag tag with their name on it, a bunch of sugary treats, some trail mix, and a Lynnzcrafters pen that says “thank you for being on my team”.
Here we all are together: Tiffany, Lisa, Brigid, Sheila, me, Amye, Sharon, and Laurie!
The tablescapes were set up like a party and were so cute!
Everyone won a new stamp set in prize patrol, that is always exciting!
At one point in the program they recognized demonstrators who had some accomplishments in the last year, and I was so honored to go up on stage for this photo with those who had earned 100,000 flex points or more. (I had actually earned 132,000 flex points last year, and while that wasn’t enough for the incentive trip to Thailand I certainly enjoyed using my points for lots of free products, catalogs and Stampin’ Up! merchandise.) But now I am focusing on saving all of my points since the new year started as the next incentive trip is a cruise to Alaska and I want to be on that boat!
This darling notebook helped me keep track of notes and ideas throughout the weekend. I am setting new goals and trying to plan ahead for new classes, and workshops.
Anyone who is a demonstrator should really consider going to the next OnStage event – which is in April 2017. The value is incredible, here are all the free products I came home with.
We did several Make & takes, here is a sneak peek at some new products that will be in the next Occasions catalog starting January 4, 2017. I will make another post in a few days with other pictures to share with you.
Don’t forget to sign up for paper pumpkin and get this awesome winter themed kit, sign up by November 10!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, I would love to hear from you and treasure all of your comments. Have a wonderful day!
