Backorder Status- Changing Some Classes

I wanted to provide you with this update about our products that are in “Backorder” status, please know that I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Of course, I’m also disappointed that I am not able to offer any of my planned classes in July.

Here is an update from Stampin’ Up! about three most popular items that are on backorder:

PRODUCT UPDATES

Tin of Cards Project Kit

We know many of you are frustrated that less than a month into the new annual catalog sales period, one of our most popular kits (actually, THE most popular kit—ever!) is on backorder. The Tin of Cards Project Kit has outsold every project kit we’ve ever offered, and we’re scrambling to keep up with the demand.

 The shipment that we receive on July 10 will likely not cover all the current backorders; this means you are not guaranteed to get your backordered Tin of Cards Project Kit(s) shipped on July 10.

 We have ordered a very large amount of kits to meet the demand, and we are having them air freighted (versus shipped on a boat) as they are ready (versus waiting for the entire order to be ready) so they will reach us more quickly.

 We recommend not planning any Tin of Cards Project Kit classes until August, when the bulk of our ordered kits will have arrived in our warehouse.

Cottage Garden Card Kit

Much like the Tin of Cards Project Kit, the Cottage Garden Card Kit has also outperformed our initial projections.

 The shipment that we receive on July 10 will likely not cover all the current backorders; this means you are not guaranteed to get your backordered Cottage Garden Card Kit(s) shipped on July 10.

 Another shipment is on the way, which we hope will cover all remaining backorders. We will update you with that shipment’s arrival date as soon as we have confirmed it.

 We recommend not planning any Cottage Garden Card Kit classes until August. (I will have to cancel the Stamp & Sip for July 31st- sorry everyone!)

Tree Builder Punch

 The shipment we receive on July 6 will not cover all the current backorders; this means you are not guaranteed to get your backordered Tree Builder Punch shipped on July 6.

 Another shipment is scheduled for July 24; again, this may not cover all of the backorders.

 We recommend not planning any classes around the Tree Builder Punch until August.

Please accept my apologies for these delays, I am as frustrated as you. If I had a little more free time, I would sit down and plan a bunch of classes from scratch… but with my ongoing saga with chronic pain in my right hand/wrist/shoulder (chiropractor and massage therapy has not healed me yet); a crazy busy summer at work; birthdays and my upcoming trip to Utah for Convention, I have very little free time. Sorry friends. I promise August will be better!!
