Awesome Weekly Deals!

Good morning stamping friends, how are you? I’m still recovering from convention but went back to work yesterday and I’ve had two events in the last two nights and fun times here
Wanted to share with you the new weekly deals and tell you a little bit about them.

These deals are good only until August 3.

Here are the Weekly Deals for this Week! Some awesome ones at that. . . here’s my take on them;

Black 3/8″ Satin Ribbon – I LOVE this ribbon! I’m so glad we have it in black. It’s the same ribbon we had last year in the 2014-2016 In Colors.

Happy Patterns Decorative Masks -Easy to use, Great on cards, bags, gift wrap, and banners!

Hearts Border punch – great price! Love this punch.

Lost Lagoon Striped Cotton ribbon – This is the week to stock up on ribbon! Another great deal on my favorite 2014-2016 In Color! Remember last Holiday season? Used this color A lot!

Melon Mambo 1/4″ Cotton ribbon – A great color! Love this ribbon, easy to use whether you use a knot or a bow.

Melon Mambo 3/8″ Satin Ribbon – if you don’t get the 1/4″ cotton ribbon – get this one! As I mentioned before, I love this ribbon.

Metallic Foil Doilies – this is the MUST buy on this week’s deals! These doilies are metallic on one side and flat white on the other – so if you want to color with a stamp pad, it is super easy to do!

Pacific Point 3/8″ Satin Ribbon – have you heard that I love this ribbon? Have you seen the texture?

Sweet Lil Things Designer Washi Tape – Washi Tape is easy to use. Great accent. Inexpensive. Great colors.

Very Vanilla Thick Baker’s twine – super cheap and again so very easy to use. Color it with a spritzer or stamp pad.

Remember that these deals are while supplies last so you need to order early. You can order online or give me a call/email and I will be glad to help you.

And for those of you who got the postcard invitation to my customer appreciation party please RSVP if you’re coming as I need to order something and want to make sure I have enough for everyone thanks so much!

Have a great Wednesday!

Convention Highlights Day 3

good morning my stamping friends! What a glorious Sunday it is here in Utah and in just a little while I’ll be joining some of my stamping friends to go hear the Mormon Tabernacle choir. Last year when I came to my first convention it was one of the highlights of the trip it was glorious and I knew I needed to come back to this gorgeous state of Utah and hear this glorious choir again. But before I head out I wanted to show you some of my favorite pictures from yesterday. It was a half day of regular convention I learned about making videos, more about the changes coming up with the new compensation plan that starts in October. I also was blessed to be able to attend a half-day training for leaders where there were lots of opportunities to mingle with some of the top demonstrators in the country, brainstorm new ideas, and hear some marvelous speakers.

There was a karma like moment when they announced the keynote of the day. Her name is Jenna Glover and she is a clinical psychologist here in Utah. Apparently they saw her do a talk on Ted TV called “do you lead an energy efficient life?”  She used some great analogies, illustrations, and stories to help drive the point home that what we do for ourselves in creating a peaceful, calm, safe existence is the same as the food that fuels our body. What a perfect reminder to not live in stressful moments, to find the peace in every day and to remember that life is a journey not a destination.

Here’s some pictures from Saturday in Salt Lake City, Utah.

So very happy for Amy Jordan she’s an amazing demonstrator in our group, and she was asked to be on the advisory board for the new global events board for Stampin’ Up!. Amy is such a kind and generous person and I’ll never forget how she helped me when I join stamping up what a sweetheart couldn’t be happier for her!

And also so happy for Susan Campfield who was asked to join the communications counsel advisory board. Susan is in the blog hop that I do every month called “creative inking” she’s so sweet and kind what a perfect match for the new advisory board.

After the convention was over I met up with two demo friends Barb and Val and we had a delicious dinner and night out in Sidecreek. We really enjoyed watching some young teens who spent the night giving away free hugs, and just what a beautiful evening it was….

Well that’s all for now I’m off to finish getting ready to go here the Mormon Tabernacle choir. Have a glorious Sunday and come back tomorrow to see lots of pictures of swaps and inspiration from the new holiday catalog thanks for stopping by today!!!

Convention Highlights, Day 2

Hi there stamping friends!!

I must say I was a little worried about my friends and family in upstate New York when I was getting tornado warnings on my phone here in Utah… Glad everybody is OK!

Yesterday was day two of convention or as they call it now inspire. Create. Share. 2015.

Here are some of the highlights for me and our Inkers & Inketts group (there are 11 of us here from New York we hope to get a group picture today in our new shirts that we ordered with our name on them-  so be sure to have back over here tomorrow and see more photos and updates from convention)

There were a lot of great highlights yesterday for me meeting my mentor, coach, training guru, wonder woman Ronda Wade was just amazing! I highly recommend her program called training with Ronda Wade without her constant sharing of advice in business tips and a weekly call I would never have reached my goals this year!

Another highlight was finding out the changes that Stampin’ Up! is making to avoid the back order problems we’ve been experiencing all year long… I am so happy to report they’ve made some changes in staff and ordering so as we move into the annual catalog we are all hopeful that these chronic backorder situation will be ending!

Here are the swaps that I made to bring here to Utah, I made 50 of each card, and so I’m coming home with 100 different swaps and boy are they amazing I’ll be showing them over the next couple of weeks.

Another highlight was getting to play with and make cards with the new black archival ink that will be available in the new holiday catalog not only did we get to play with it but we all got one for free!!

Some of our group earn some awesome prize patrol’s and I’m crossing my fingers that today my wristband color (which is watermelon wonder) will be a winner!

Have a super Saturday everyone thank you for reading the blog post today I love to read your comments let me know if you have any crafting plans this weekend would love to hear from you thanks!
