“One of the great things about being a Paper Pumpkin subscriber is the opportunity to buy past kits. I just love the Noel kit. It has so many possibilities, and not just for the holidays. I came up with some cute patriotic party décor that is sure to put a finishing touch on any summer party. I used the star garland like ribbon, wrapping it around the silverware roll and also draping it across the name tag. The garland is also perfect for a party topper in the treat bucket. I cut apart the card base to create the square backing for the “Let’s Celebrate” tag, the belly band on the silverware roll, and the strip along the bottom of the name tag. I also added sparklers to the silverware roll for that extra patriotic touch.
