Delightful Diva Day

I don’t think I’ve ever stamped and created as many unique and awesome goodies all at once before! I earned another Diva Day last Saturday with Deb Valder, one of my wonderful upline, this quarter it was for recruiting, and I was just astonished with all the projects and goodies we came home with!  I am going to incorporate some into upcoming fall classes… at least that’s the plan for now.

We played with all the new boxes, new bow die, the banner kit, the muslin bags, made adorable gift card holder for the coffee/tea drinker, and boy did I learn some amazing new techniques!

Do you see all that product she gave us in the awesome 12×12 keeper?? and how stinkin’ cute are those mini coffee cups??? I ordered some, you will have a chance to make some fun gifts with them too! Stay tuned!

This was the sample banner Deb used from the Build a Banner kit. Can you spot the differences between the kit and the banner we made?

would you like to make any of these projects??? Super fun, let me know!

I love to hear from you! Have a wonderful weekend!

Washi Wednesday- Halloween Style

Hi there friends,

this is going to be a super quick post- I haven’t been feeling that well (allergies are kicking me down) the past couple days. Hoping allergy meds kick in soon!

I didn’t want to wait to share my Washi Tape Halloween projects with you!

This is a quick and simple card that you can make in under 5 minutes!

Can you spot the Washi tape? I used it to hang the “trick or treat” insert on my Halloween “BOO” banner. Can you see the embossed black hats?

Here is the full view of the Halloween banner again, I know I posted it the other day- but wanted to show it again.

I have spots left in this class- it is Monday September 30th at 6:30 pm.  Banner and Halloween cards/treat holders class fee is $20 (or discounts if you order that night with me).

Hope you can join me!

Happy Wednesday!

September Classes are Planned!

Hi there friends,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, I really enjoyed mine! Did you see the movie “The Butler”? wow, it was amazing, I highly recommend it! Forrest Whitaker should win an academy award, in my honest opinion, for that role! I love historical movies, even if they are embellished a little bit. What’s your favorite movie?

I did do quite a bit of stamping this weekend too. I earned a Diva Day yesterday with one of my wonderful uplines- Deb Valder- I will be posting those projects later in the week. I’m actually going to be incorporating many of the projects into some upcoming classes this fall. So stay tuned. I also went to a wonderful birthday party for one of my friends and downline- Judy Battiste. She had a whole Tex-Mex theme and the food was fabulous, plus it was great to see her and her family. Fun night!

Because September is just around the corner, I did finish up the flyers for our Christmas Stamp a Stack at the Clifton Park Elks on Tuesday September 24th. We have set the deadline to register as September 12th. To print the flyer- Click here: Christmas Stamp-a-Stack Flyer.

I also finished planning my September classes in my home. Click here for the flyer of all my September offerings: September 2013 Classes

New on the agenda is a Halloween Class- you will make this adorable “BOO” banner, some Halloween cards and a candy bar treat holder. Hope you can make it!

I am in love with our new banner kits and am going to be planning all kinds of banner events this fall! What banner would you like to see me offer?? Would love to hear from you!

I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead and thank you for coming to my blog to read this post! Happy crafting!

Stampin’ Up!’s Photopolymer Line

Friends, forgive me! I have neglected to post all the flyers of Stampin’ Up!’s Photopolymer Line of Stamps! Many of you love these clear stamps and say how easy they are to use on our clear blocks.

B1_photopolymer_demo_June0113_NA

Here’s what Stampin’ Up! had to say about Photopolymer stamps when they launched in March 2013:

We’ve searched long and hard for just the right material to be able to introduce completely clear stamping. And we’ve found it. We’re excited to announce that we now have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps! The new photopolymer will be an addition to our stamp line and will appeal to all types of stampers. Our top-quality photopolymer has just enough give to create a perfectly stamped image every time and with the introduction of our firm-foam pads, let’s just say they’re meant for each other! Photopolymer stamps will also be unique, fun designs that will inspire you and provide more versatile options you may not see in our traditional wood- and clear-mount stamp options. Photopolymer stamp sets come in a clear cello bag, but fit perfectly in our clear DVD style stamp cases (sold separately).

What makes them so great?

  • They’re entirely transparent for perfect placement every time!
  • They are durable. The photopolymer material is designed to last.
  • Can you say sticky? (Don’t worry; in a good way.) These stamps stick amazingly well to our clear blocks.
  • They’re age tested. They won’t yellow or cloud up over time.
  • We could go on, but we’ll let you try them for yourself.

They are clearly a great choice.

Stamping Get Togethers are Fun!

Hi Friends!

Did you stamp this weekend? I sure did, here are some projects from today’s New York Inketts group…. we did four Make and Take projects and I snapped a few photos of inspiration, I hope to duplicate and have up here soon.

This was the first card I made today:

IMG_4105

Isn’t this a wonderful use for the modern mosiac stamp set and punch? It turns into a lovely poinsettia!

This was our next card:

IMG_4100

I love that little hydrangea stamp (from Best of Flowers) and it was easy peasy to put together!

Next we made this adorable punch art card:

IMG_4104

I call him my little bluebird of happiness… who wouldn’t be happy receiving this card? And it features my favorite punch- can you tell what punches were used??

Last, but not least, we made this adorable tag for the new Muslin bags, and of course it’s filled with some peppermint candies! This went together super quick and easy, can’t you imagine making these us for teacher or coworker gifts? a gift card will fit inside the bag, or candy, jewelry, anything less than 4″x 4″ will fit nicely inside.

IMG_4106

I also had a productive day yesterday with Dania and we came up with our cards for September stamp camp- I’ll be working on a flyer and posting about that tomorrow!

Does this look a fun way to spend an afternoon? Maybe you’d like to try us out? Our $99 Package includes a fully customizable starter kit (you pick $125 worth of product AND one of our bundles- up to an additional $30 value) all for only $99 (NO SHIPPING!) Hurry- this offer ends next week! I’d love to stamp with you! Contact me if you are interested in giving Stampin’ Up! and my Lynnzcrafters team a try- no pressure- no obligation- stamp a little (or a lot)- it’s up to YOU!

Happy crafting!
