I was thrilled to see some of the announcements Stampin’ Up! made today at their annual convention. Although I wasn’t able to go this year, I do hope to go next year (when it is my 50th birthday AND my 5th year anniversary with SU). I wanted to share I went to a chiropractor today, and he believes I have a slipped disc, not a lumbar sprain. I had some electrode thingys hooked up to my back, he did some “manipulation” and adjustments, some ice and gave me some exercises to do. I was also lucky to swim for almost 3 hours in my sister’s pool with the kids this afternoon. Pool temp said 92 degrees, but it was definitely refreshing.
