Busy day, ended on a high note

Today was a very busy day with lots of appointments, but by far, the best part of my evening was attending the 25th Annual Art Show at Capital Region BOCES, where art teachers from across several local school districts selected various art pieces for the exhibit. The photo above is my nephew Ethan, with his art teacher, in front of his piece. Ethan is always eager to create in the craft room, and has developed quite a spark for creating his own masterpieces. We’ll have to keep an eye on him for sure.

This is a close-up of Ethan’s Art Project. What do you think? Isn’t he a budding Picasso? Did I mention he’s in kindergarten?

Well, I was so busy today, I did no stamping! Can you believe it? I had to go take a picture of a card in my “for sale” pile to take up to Lake Luzerne next weekend.

This card is done in Pool Party, with our new doilies, and features the stamp sets Tea Shoppe and Amazing Family. Similar to the card we made in club this weekend, only I wanted the sentiment on the front cover.

This is a picture of one of the graduation cards I’m bringing to Lake Luzerne as well (this stamp set is retired, but one of my favorites for quick and simple graduation cards).

Until tomorrow, happy stamping!
