Hi there stamping friends! I hope you had a great weekend!
What do you think of these simple cards? I am doing an event at a local senior citizen residence next weekend, to see if seniors like to stamp! My BFF’s grandmother recently moved in there, and I saw their activities line up and thought, “hum, I bet they’d like Arts-and-Crafts”! So, I’m going to give it a whirl.
I’m planning to bring all kinds of rubber stamps, ink pads and our note cards/envelopes. I’m going to let them each make 2 cards this first time. I’ll find out what they like, and see if they would like to step it up next time… I just need to be careful of the level of fine motor involvment, or be sure to have helpers with me.
Don’t forget free shipping ends tomorrow night! If you were thinking of getting something (I know you want those dress framelits, right??)- just think you are saving 10% if you order by midnight tomorrow. If you order by 6 pm and use Hostess code Z4AVCU7C in my online store, you will be entered to win a free Spring Array Bundle (punch and clear mount stamp set- a $28 value!) Well, my dear sweet sister informed me I write too much… so I’m going to try to shorten these blog posts a bit. Let me know if you like reading my (lengthy) posts or not 🙂
Until tomorrow, happy stamping!

Good idea,. My mom, who is very crafty to begin with, likes the cards we sell that are designed and partially made….can’t think of the right term…
Like the Pumpkin ones… hey when does the next Paper Pumpkin come?
Hi Wendy! Do you mean the Simply Sent kits? Those would be great for seniors!! I think there’s a bunch on the clearance rack!
Paper pumpkin ships on the 10th, arrives around the 15th… Did you like putting them together? Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog!! Happy Stamping!!!
Thanks Wendy! Paper pumpkin should be here any day now….
